Orders may be placed via fax, e-mail, or on this web site. Customers must supply a phone number, billing address, shipping address and email address. Credit card payment is required on all orders less than $500 with a minimum store order of $100 unless the vendor minimum requires a higher amount. Please see the Vendor Minimum info below for more detail. COD orders are not accepted at this time. Customers wishing to establish a credit terms account must complete the credit application prior to terms being established.
Vendor Order Minimum Amounts
To keep our prices low, we maintain minimum order amounts which vary by vendor. While your order can consist of products by many vendors, please make sure that your order meets the minimum amounts for each vendor so that we may properly process it. The amounts shown below are for product totals only and do not include shipping or handling charges.
Minimum order amount of $100. Free Ground shipping on most Stainless steel and Fiberglass enclosures otherwise freight is pre-pay and add. FOB point is Cleveland, OH.
Minimum order amount of $250. Shipping is pre-pay and add with FOB Cleveland, OH.
Minimum order amount of $100. Shipping is pre-pay and add with FOB Buffalo, NY.
Minimum order amount of $175. Shipping is pre-pay and add with FOB Pennington, NJ.

Order confirmations
All orders are confirmed via e-mail on the day received but may be processed the next business day if received after normal business hours.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Changes to existing orders and order cancellations can only be made by fax or e-mail and will be honored if communicated before shipment occurs. Please reference your order confirmation number.
Pricing
All pricing is in US Dollars.
Same Day Shipping
We feature same day shipping on in-stock items ordered by 11:45 am Eastern time on business days. Products that are not available to ship same day will go out the next available business day. You will be notified of products that are backordered due to being out of stock.
Shipping Methods and Charges
AD Products Company can only ship product to addresses in the contiguous United States at this time. We offer several different shipping methods in order to meet your delivery needs including UPS, FedEx, Consolidated Freightways, and Overnite. UPS is our preferred carrier. Our standard freight and handling charges are computed based on each product and are added to the invoice. Standard freight and handling charges assume ground shipment. Requests for air shipments may be made via fax or email. PLEASE NOTE: the shipping charges calculated online are estimated and you will be billed the actual charges, which may be different from the estimated charges, once the order ships. AD Products does not add a premium to shipping charges so these amounts are the actual cost of shipping your items from the respective vendors. If you would prefer to supply your own shipping carrier info you may do so when you order and the estimated shipping charges will not be applied.
Backorders
While it is our goal to carry sufficient inventory to meet demand at all times, we may experience temporary stock-outs for certain items. Shortly after placing your order you will receive e-mail notification of any backordered items and their anticipated ship date. Backorders may be canceled prior to shipping by contacting customer service at info@adproductsco.com.
Returns
Returned material will not be accepted without an AD Products Company issued Material Return Authorization (MRA). Returned materials must be of current design, purchased within the last 30 days, unused, in the original carton, and in resaleable condition. All returned material must be shipped freight prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Credit on accepted returns will be issued less a 20% restocking charge.
Warranty Returns
All AD Products Company products carry a 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails to perform properly within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will replace it or repair it at our option. All returns must be accompanied by a Material Return Authorization (MRA). Please contact customer service via fax, e-mail, or at (800) 325-4935 to obtain an MRA.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Orders totaling at least $100 but less than $500 require payment by credit card. When ordering by credit card be sure to provide the corresponding billing address and telephone number for the credit card. Incorrect information may delay the processing of your order. Credit card transactions will be approved online by your credit card issuer, but your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from customers with approved accounts. Credit accounts can be established by completing our on-line credit application. Credit card payment is required on all orders less than $500. COD orders are not accepted at this time.
